By installing and using Saysame (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please uninstall the App.
Saysame is an iOS app published by KrapowKaidao Studio ("we", "us", "our") that helps you create voice-driven reminders. It runs on iPhone, iPad, and Mac (via "Designed for iPad").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
The App is free to download. A Premium subscription is available as an in-app purchase:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals are charged to your Apple ID. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Premium unlocks: unlimited widget presets (free tier is limited to 2), and up to 5 image attachments per reminder (free tier is limited to 1). The rest of the App is free for everyone.
Family Sharing is enabled. One Premium purchase covers all members of your Apple Family.
You retain full ownership of all reminders, notes, photos, and other content you create in the App. We do not access, view, or modify your content. See the Privacy Policy for details on where your content lives.
You agree not to:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reminder will be delivered at a specific time. iOS limits notification quotas (max 64 pending) and may defer background activity; we make best efforts but do not guarantee delivery.
Do not rely on the App alone for safety-critical reminders (medical, legal, financial).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero if you only used the free tier).
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or App Store release notes.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription time; refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
You acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App; that's our responsibility (see Support).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
